Have you recently started your career in Town Planning and want t work for a rapidly growing property start up within their Planning team? Working to deliver affordable housing across England, you will be assisting a Planning Manager & wider Delivery team with providing vital updates on the Planning status and progress of multiple projects.  

On a daily basis you will be closely working with internal colleagues, as well as external contacts within developers and local planning authorities, you will review planning compliance of developer partners, manage the progress reports of schemes and revie key documentation relating to planning.

Within the role, you will need to show experience in dealing with planning documentation including where to find planning applications, how conditions are procured, have an understanding of typical conditions associated with planning and have some practical experience in dealing with planning.
