More than 10 years in project management, with proven track record particularly in design led mixed use developments.
The position reports to the Project General Manager (PGM) and is primarily responsible for project design, development management and construction quality control of the project.
Support the PGM to lead a group of consultants, operations & project team in the implementation of asset enhancement initiatives for the project and assist in the supervision of the outsource facilities operations team.
Be responsible for site implementation of office and retail retrofitting design guide management, office & retail tenant fit-out review, and anchor tenant refurbishment plan support.
Candidate should ideally be from an architectural or building services discipline. Strong communication skills with ability to liaise efficiently with external LDIs, contractors, and internal operations & design team.
Auto CAD knowledge is a must, and must be able to coordinate AEI budgeting, preparation of tender documents, both pre-taking over and post AEI handover inspection experience is preferred. Familiar with local design regulations, property management, and both retail and office end user requirements.
