Strong finance and real estate analysis skills are needed for a newly created Property Analyst role with a client of ours in the Corporate Real Estate advisory field. An established firm with an international client base, this company is an employer of choice within the industry.

They are in search of a bright young mind, who is interested in property and has excellent financial modelling and analytical skills. The ability to help automate systems and build tools for efficient decision making are key aspects of this role. You can have a background in finance, property, or project management but attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment are critical for success in this role. Helping clients analyse their current real estate exposure and expenditure, while offering solutions and opportunities to save money helps this client set themselves apart from the competition.

Experience with Power BI is beneficial, and you must be a team player who can work remotely / unsupervised if needed.
