Our client is a well-established real estate services company that has a strong presence throughout South Africa with offices located in major cities. With a relatively new brokering division within the company that is rapidly growing they are looking to appoint an experienced Broker & New Business Development Managers to head up and grow their KZN Broking team in Umhlanga. This position will report directly into the MD of the company and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Management of the broker team through the setting of sale targets and performance management.
• Identifying and generating leads for the team and self.
• Assisting brokers in closing deals.
• Liaison with external brokers to develop collaborative deals.
• Ensuring maintenance and effectiveness of CRM system.
• Marketing of the broker division.
• Assist with the development of an advisory business for tenants.
• Sourcing new business opportunities to expand the management footprint of the business.

To qualify for this position, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a broking team and a demonstrated track record of closing commercial and industrial lease/sale deals. The ideal candidate for this position will be a dynamic, hands-on and creative person with strong leadership skills and a good network within the real estate industry.
