I am currently working with one of the UK's top Landed Estates that owns, manages, and develops £14.1bn worth of assets across the commercial, residential, retail, mixed-use and rural sectors.

This role is to work closely with their Regional Team to deliver effective Building Consultancy and technical support for the internal team, working closely with their external managing agent partners and project managers. You will prepare and oversee the competitive tender process for both consultancy services relating to Building Surveying and Planned Reactive Maintenance works. In addition, you will take an active involvement in the delivery of portfolio wide Property Management Building Surveying initiatives.

This is a senior level role where you will provide oversight and technical direction, taking active involvement in the delivery of portfolio wide Building Surveying advice and where required act as client representative in the delivery of capital projects.
Successful candidates will be MRICS and have a proven track record planning and delivering planned maintenance programmes on commercial buildings,
