Succession planning makes space available for development expert to join busy team.
Our Johannesburg based client has delivered mixed-used, high-rise, hospitality, retail and commercial projects throughout South Africa and even into West and East Africa. With a skilled development team already on board, and a healthy pipeline for 2020&21, they are looking to appoint someone who will work between the Development team and the Divisional Director. This role will require you to be hands on with projects, whilst still overseeing the smooth running of projects under less experienced developers control. Financial acumen and the ability to run budgets at both a project and company level, raise finance at bank and on behalf of clients and working closely with investors would be essential. Someone with a diverse range of completed projects under the belt would suit this role. As it focusses on succession planning, a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 28 years working experience will be considered. Expect significant travel and a high level of accountability.
