A leading Planning consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Planner or Associate Director of Planning in the midlands team as they look to continue to offer unrivalled advice on major schemes across the region. You will be working with major housebuilders, developers and public sector organisations, maintaining relationships and continuing their fantastic reputation for gaining consent on some of the most iconic developments across the UK.
On a daily basis you will be preparing complex applications for a range of schemes, working closely with local authorities and major stakeholders. You should look to bring new business through your network and regularly pursue new opportunities for instructions.
As a Senior Planner or Associate Director of Planning and with a track record in delivering successful consents, you should have an excellent knowledge of the UK Planning system. Membership of the RTPI is vital to performing the role and working closely with clients. You should be a strong communicator, be comfortable with chairing meetings and public speaking.
