To ensure that international standard of project delivery is maintained, they able the best, most qualified ex-pats to take charge of large-scale projects in country, whilst working with local partners to transfer skills and empower talent. However, with the massive spend the projects incur, top of mind is to hire people who can deliver consistent standards, on time and on schedule. In Lagos Nigeria, they are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to take full responsibility for an assortment of Hotel projects. Taking control of and managing the total project life cycle, your responsibilities will include programming; reporting; construction & financial management; quality control measures; change management, securing inspection approvals; overseeing equipment installation testing and commissioning as well as securing all warranties. The successful candidate will hold a qualification of a B. Sc or B. Tech degree in the built environment, and preferably be a professional member of a registered accreditation body. A minimum of 10 years' experience within the built environment and of which 7 years' experience in construction project management will make you a credible candidate for this position.
