Macdonald & Company are working with a FTSE 250 Real Estate Investment and Asset Management company who are looking to on-board a Service Charge Accountant, to join their growing business.

- Provide and support the service charge budget and reconciliation process
- Undertake quarterly reviews of all service charge expenses on assigned properties
- Provide Summary Reports to the Property & Facilities Managers
- Assists the property & facilities managers in the creation of annual service charge budgets and associated reports and analyses
- Review Service Charge caps and update Qube
- Prepare the year end service charge reconciliation accounts for the property managers review
- Work closely with the Qube administrator in the maintenance of tenant and property details
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a service charge accountant
- A strong technical background, demonstrating a good working knowledge of the RICS Code of Service Charge Practice
- Experience of working with Qube and/or MRI software
- Experience of managing and maintaining 10-year lifecycle budgets is desired but not essential
