テナントの賃貸計画の立案、販売、交渉、賃貸借契約の締結、入居後のフォロー
メーカー、物流会社、テナント仲介業者へのリース

不動産コンサルティング経験

日常会話レベルの英語※社内外のコミュニケーションのため
POSITION: Analyst ~ MANAGER, LEASING, JAPAN LOGISTICS FUND
Responsibilities
Operation, management and leasing logistic fund
Planning of tenant leasing plans, sales, negotiations, execution of lease agreements, follow-up with tenants after they move in
Leasing to manufacturers, logistics companies, and tenant brokers
Other duties in relation to the above
Required
• University degre
• Strong interested in real estate logistic brokerage business
• Strong communication skill
• Team player
Preferrable：
Experience in any of the following;
Experience in consulting for effective use of real estate
Experience in real estate planning and development
Experience in real estate corporate sales
Daily conversation level of English* to liaise with internal and external clients
