Job Summary

A strategic finance & accounting firm based in Tampa, are looking to appoint a Real Estate Accountant with bookkeeping/accounting experience will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day to day financial operations of multiple real estate companies. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, assisting with recurring JV & quarterly investor reporting requirements, helping with ad-hoc requests, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Minimum requirements are; 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience in the real estate industry, with specific experience using Quickbooks Online software; strong understanding of GAAP and financial accounting principles. CPA designation or some sort of Accounting accreditation is desirable.
