As part of an established team of surveyors, you will undertake the day-to-day management of a caseload of property acquisitions and disposals, with a view to maximising the efficiency of the portfolio by designing a number of business parks and associated assets. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, transactional management, marketing of land and property, liaison with external consultants and agents.
