Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Acquisitions Associate to join a dynamic team. This role requires close collaboration with local, regional, and global teams, necessitating a high level of proficiency in both English and Japanese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with local, regional, and global teams to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisitions.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions.
- Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the negotiation and execution of transactions.
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
- Strong financial technical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Genuine interest in hard asset real estate investing.
- Fluency in English and Japanese is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
