Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge and refine sophisticated financial models and underwriting processes, pivotal for assessing lucrative investment ventures.
  • Engage in meticulous research and due diligence, dissecting the financial and organizational anatomy of potential investments, scrutinizing legal documents, and evaluating historical and projected performance metrics.
  • Evaulation of unit or portfolio acquisition opportunities
  • Spearhead the evaluation of individual or collective acquisition prospects, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Oversee the intricate journey of deal-making, from conception to the crowning moment of approval by the ultimate investment committee.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication prowess, crafting succinct, impactful written presentations that resonate with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to asset management, shaping robust business strategies and overseeing their successful implementation and culmination.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Requirements:
    • Superior analytical, quantitative, and technical skills
    • Strong academic background, preferably in finance or accounting
    • 1-5 years of as an analyst in investment banking, real estate or finance related role (real estate experience a plus)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint with a mastery in excel and ability to create in-depth financial analysis via models
    • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
    • Strong judgement and decision making skills
    • Ability to perform advanced mathematical calculations
    • Experience in managing, updating and analyzing large quantities of data
    • Ability to manage and effectively present information
    • Strong business writing and communication skills
    • Fluency in Japanese and English required
    • Bachelor’s degree
