With a disciplined investment strategy and strong capital partnerships, the company continues to expand its multifamily platform through strategic acquisitions and development opportunities in high-growth markets.
As the platform continues to scale, the firm is seeking an Acquisitions Associate to support the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new multifamily investment opportunities.
The Position
The Acquisitions Associate will support the acquisitions team in evaluating and executing multifamily investment opportunities across the West Coast and other targeted markets.
Working closely with senior investment professionals, the role will focus on financial modeling, market analysis, and transaction execution from initial deal screening through closing. The individual will also assist in maintaining relationships with brokers, owners, and capital partners to support ongoing deal flow.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating multifamily acquisition opportunities across target markets.
- Build detailed financial models and underwriting analyses for prospective investments.
- Conduct market research, comparable analysis, and demographic studies to support investment decisions.
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal investment committee review.
- Support due diligence processes including coordination with legal, third-party consultants, and lenders.
- Assist in managing transaction timelines and closing processes.
- Maintain relationships with brokers, owners, and industry professionals to help generate deal flow.
- Track market activity and provide updates on new investment opportunities and competitive trends.
