Job Summary
Well known, well regarded national developer have need for an additional surveyor to join the team. The role requires someone with experience/exposure to the residential / commercial acquisitions/development sector, based in the West Midlands region.Day to day, the successful applicant will be tasked with aiding in the identification and appraisal of appropriate new development sites, that fit the criteria of the business needs. Initially you will support the wider team, albeit autonomy will be expected within a short period of time. Previous experience of working in a development/strategic land property environment is essential, although further training and (where required) APC support will be given. The post would suit a recently MRICS Qualified Surveyor (or someone close to qualification).
