About the company

Our client is recognized as a prominent player in global real estate investment management. Our focus lies in the acquisition, development, and oversight of various property types, including logistics/industrial, office spaces, life sciences facilities, and residential properties.

Key Role Description

As a valued team member, you will play a vital role in various facets of development, acquisitions, asset management, dispositions, valuations, and the CFO's office support.

Your responsibilities will encompass conducting comprehensive due diligence, market research, financing activities, financial reporting, and facilitating the closing process. You will be integral in preparing leasing, operational, and capital analyses for both existing properties and those in development.

A crucial aspect of your role involves crafting and analyzing intricate cash flow models that correlate with the evaluation of investment opportunities. Additionally, you will compile asset performance reports on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis for upper management. These reports will cover various aspects, including quarterly cash distributions, investor updates, mid-year valuations, and budgetary matters.

In the process of acquisitions, developments, and dispositions, you will coordinate and conduct due diligence, contributing to informed decision-making. Moreover, your involvement will extend to crafting internal and external Investor Memorandums that uphold our standards of excellence.
 

Requirements

  • Business proficiency in both English and Japanese is required, as it is essential for communication within the company and with external parties.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in modeling, due diligence, or real estate investment-related tasks.

重要な役割としては、不動産投資機会に対するアンダーライティングに関連するキャッシュフローモデルを作成し、分析することです。さらに、上級管理職向けに四半期ごと、半期ごと、年次ごとのアセットパフォーマンスレポートを編成します。これには四半期ごとのキャッシュ配当、投資家へのアップデート、中間評価、予算案なども含みます。

取得、開発、売却の過程では、デューディリジェンスの調整と実施および情報を提供をお願いします。投資家向けメモを作成もお願いします。
