Macdonald & Company is partnered with a leading real estate investment firm seeking a Capital Markets Analyst to support investor relations, financial analysis, and fundraising efforts. This role will play a key part in investor reporting, financial modeling, and portfolio analysis while working closely with senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:
Investor Reporting & Communication
- Assist in preparing quarterly and annual investor reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Support investor presentations and meetings by providing financial insights and market analysis
- Respond to investor inquiries and maintain key investor relations materials
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, including waterfalls, IRR analysis, and cash flow projections
- Analyze portfolio performance, market trends, and investment opportunities
- Support debt and equity financing efforts, including underwriting and due diligence
- Assist in identifying and engaging potential investors for new opportunities
- Develop marketing materials and data-driven insights for fundraising initiatives
- Coordinate due diligence efforts for capital transactions and joint venture structuring
