One of leading real estate investment company is looking for analyst/associate based in APAC HQ in Singapore or Japan.In charge of supporting asset management team in Singapore and Japan. Report to Head of Asset Management, Asia Pacific and Head of Asset Management, Japan.

Responsibilities 仕事内容
- Supporting asset management team チームのサポート業務と分析
- Liaise with external asset managers to monitor and enhance the performance of investments, and monitor the submission of regular performance reports 外部の資産運用会社と連携して、投資のパフォーマンスを監視および強化と定期的なパフォーマンスレポートの提出
- Responsible for portfolio reporting ポートフォリオレポート
- Prepare asset management proposals 管理提案
- Market analyst and report市場調査およびレポート
- Investment plan 投資事業計画の準備
- Investmet analyst using excel and/or Argus 投資分析(Excelおよび/またはArgus)
- Assist the Asset Managers with ESG initiatives across the portfolio ESGを考慮したポートフォリオ作成補助
Requirements 応募要件
- Strong academic background, minimum degree with specialization in real estate investment analysis / economics / financial analysis
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in real estate investment / financial analysis sector
- Strong English and Japanese communication skills (both written and verbal) as this role need to communicate with both local Japanese community in --Japan and rest of APAC team
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
- 大卒以上で、できれば不動産投資分析/経済学/財務分析選考を選考された方
- 不動産投資/財務分析部門での最低 1 年の経験
- 英語と日本語コミュニケーション スキル (書面と口頭の両方)※日本ベースの社内外の日本人と他のAPACチームの両方とのコミュニケーションが必要なため
- エクセルやパワーポイントのスキル
