Job Summary
This company are a dynamic and innovative architectural firm based in Dublin. They are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in residential projects and a passion for creating exceptional architectural designs.Responsibilities:
- Assisting architects with the preparation of architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Preparing and submitting planning applications and other regulatory documents.
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout the design and construction process.
- Assisting with the preparation of tender documents and contract administration.
- Providing technical support to the architectural team.
- Maintaining and updating project documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
- 3-4 years of experience in residential projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
