Job Summary
Our client is a reputable international real estate / logistics investment manager, they are looking for an Analyst with 1-3 years of working experience in Shanghai.- Build and maintain up-to-date the financial models based on latest transactions and leasing conditions, etc for risk control, budgeting and reporting purposes of the portfolio, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the logistics property portfolio, focusing on key metrics such as occupancy rates, rental income, and operating expenses etc.
- Track and evaluate overall asset performance, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process of the property portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on asset plan preparation for the development of property strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reporting to Senior management, investors or other key stake holders to track property performance and inform strategic decisions. Create visualizations, such as charts and graphs, to effectively communicate complex data and analysis. Ensure all reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered in a timely manner.
- Provide information and undertake research where possible on market conditions and competitor transactions.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and economic factors that could impact the portfolio.
- Be able to summarise and present analytics cohesively, concisely and with a high degree of accuracy
