Job Summary
Macdonald & Company have partnered exclusively with a UK PropCo who are looking to appoint an Asset Manager.Due to continued growth of their portfolio they have an immediate requirement to appoint an Asset Manager with 3-5 + years experience.
Role:
- Work with asset management team grow income and create value across a muti-sector and geography portfolio
- Identify accretive cap ex and assist the internal /external team to deliver
- Appraise asset management and investment opportunities
- Assist the Company in achieving its ESG objectives
- Be able to engage with occupiers directly lease transactions as required
- Progress asset management initiatives directly and delegate to wider advisory team as appropriate
- In conjunction with head of occupier services, direct external advisors to ensure day to day to running of the portfolio
- Engage and liaise with occupiers to provide excellent customer service
Experience:
- At least 3 years PQE - ideally mix of both advisor and client side experience
- Real estate experience across UK sectors and geographies
