Fluency in English and an additional European language would be advantageous, as the team operates as a truly European unit.
Responsibilities:
- Managing assets within the portfolio, overseeing up to 3-4 commercial assets
- Evaluating development and leasing initiatives, including creating business cases for CapEx projects, collaborating on project delivery, identifying new project opportunities, and project management.
- Reviewing and approving leasing deals in close collaboration with the team.
- Assessing finance-led Asset Management Initiatives, conducting periodic financial analyses, contributing to the annual budget process, and providing input for potential acquisitions.
- A proven track record of managing across all organizational levels, from investors to senior management.
- A degree qualification, with relevant real estate asset management experience, preferably within the retail sector.
- Flexibility regarding travel and working hours.
- A curious mindset, a strong commercial drive, and an international perspective.
- The ability to see the bigger picture, deliver at the highest level, and ensure excellence in execution.
