I am again partnering with this entrepreneurial PropCo based in the City Centre and we are now looking for an Asset Manager to join their team.It's a great role at such a good time for them as a company. They've hit the headlines recently with their acquisitive approach; noting some very interesting deals that are going to provide the back drop to a significant new hire within their team.
They specialise in the development and retention of high-quality real estate assets. With a strong track record and a portfolio that they manage in-house, they are looking for further contribution internally from an experienced and driven Real Estate Asset Manager to take the lead on Rent reviews, renewals, dilaps, collaboration with Property Management & Facilities teams, Project Management, and more.
We’re looking for someone who has both the technical expertise and the right personality to contribute in a small, tight knit team. Everyone there pulls their weight, so you’ll need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on.

Salary is circa £40,000 - £50,000
