Job Summary
We are looking for an Asset Manager (m/f/d) in Project Management in Berlin for a well-known portfolio holder and project developer to strengthen its asset management department for one of the high-quality office properties on the Berlin market. In this position you will be responsible for leasing, ongoing project developments and for larger expansion issues. Our client manages a total of 200,000 m² with around EUR 2 billion AuM in Berlin alone.Your Responsibilities
- Development and conception of asset management and value enhancement strategies for commercial real estate including extensive refurbishments and repositioning projects
- Monitoring and controlling of the implementation as well as coordination of the entire process up to the achievement of goals while adhering to deadlines, costs and quality standards
- Creation of object-related budgets and business plans, yield and profitability calculations, comparison of forecast and budget plans
- Preparation of planning templates, creation of catalogs of measures as well as costs and scheduling
- Interface to those involved in planning, the construction work as well as authorities and offices
- Development of marketing strategies and marketing measures as well as implementation and negotiation of new and subsequent rentals
- Participation and assumption of tasks from the technical inventory management
- Several years of relevant work experience
- Above-average degree in real estate management, architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering
- High degree of entrepreneurial thinking, enjoy working independently and full project responsibility
- Knowledge of construction, planning and contract law as well as HOAI, VOB and AHO desirable
- Experience in the preparation of project calculations as well as in the scheduling of project, planning and construction processes
- Experience in the area of cost control, deadlines and building quality of demanding construction projects
- Goal-oriented thinking, structured way of working, affinity for numbers
- High level of commitment, enjoy working independently, ability to work in a team
- Good computer/software skills (Microsoft Office)
