Job Summary
Yorkshire based Industrial / Logistics business have need for a surveyor to join and provide support to the wider Acquisitions / Property team.The role would suit a property professional with some experience in property acquisitions, (ideally commercial), seeking to increase their exposure in the field, whilst working for one of the leaders in the sector. Accordingly, applicants will have exposure to commercial landlord & Tenant issues, be able to draft (and eventually create) heads of terms. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to speak with landlords, owners and agents regarding the identification and sourcing of options. The post requires someone who is energetic, IT literate and outgoing – someone looking to work in a faced paced working environment.
The role is Yorkshire based, paying circa £28 - £35,000 DOE.
