Job Summary
A huge and varied property company is looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their team based from their Cannock office. Using your building surveying degree to its fullest, you'll be helping with condition surveys, maintenance (both planned and reactive), as well as assisting with professional surveys and projects for refurbishments and extensions.Mainly covering the industrial sector, you'll be an integral part of the small and friendly team from day one, assisting external consultants as well as your internal colleagues to make sure the properties under your care are compliant and used to their fullest.
You do need to have a degree in Building Surveying and ideally some experience too, but it's not essential as long as you can show a strong aptitude for learning and ambition.
