Job Summary
Responsibilities:- Assist the Property Manager in managing all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and tenant relations.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of property repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to market available units, conduct property tours, and process lease applications.
- Assist in preparing and managing property budgets, monitoring expenses, and reporting on financial performance.
- Maintain accurate property records, lease agreements, and tenant information in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure that properties are well-maintained and in compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Assist in implementing policies and procedures to enhance property operations and tenant satisfaction.
- Previous experience in property management or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
