Job Summary
We are partnering with a global leading private equity group to look for an Associate Director, Asset Management to join their real estate asset management team as part of business expansion, covering APAC region ex China, this role is based in Singapore.- Work with internal teams (deal team, finance team, etc.) and external partners to ensure execution of assets and fund performances are carried out as planned and in accordance to stated investment strategy
- Analyse and optimize the performance of the fund and underlying assets, make recommendations and implement plans to enhance asset and fund performance
Requirements:
- At least 12 + years relevant investment and asset management experience with top-tier private equity or real estate investment firms, less experienced (more than 7 years) can be considered for senior manager level.
- Prior experience in a similar position in real estate fund, exposure to portfolio analytics and asset operations and valuations is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, able to work in diverse and complex markets, and able to work well within diverse teams and deal with multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and to work independently
- Analytical in problem solving, able to make recommendations
- Regional experience such as Australia, Japan or Korea is advantageous
