The Role:
As an Associate Director, you’ll play a key role in delivering business rates services, from advising on strategy to executing appeals and negotiating with authorities. Whether it’s bulk instructions or intricate, high-value projects, you’ll be expected to lead, manage client relationships, and add value across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of business rates cases
- Liaise with clients, providing expert advice and developing tailored solutions.
- Represent clients in negotiations with the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) and other authorities.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on business rates liabilities.
- Work collaboratively with a team of highly skilled professionals across various commercial sectors.
