Job Summary
Our client is a leading global asset manager with diversified real estate assets.This is an Associate Director, Client Services, interacting directly with investors and leading all aspects of investor communications across the portfolio of funds.
Setting up the Client Services function, you will be leading to build and enhance a scalable client services team for funds across Asia, with plans for expansion into Europe and the US, including implementing and managing an effective CRM and Investor Portal using third-party platforms like Dynamo and Backstop.
- Oversee the investor communication program, including quarterly reports, webcasts, newsflashes, and formal correspondence (capital calls, distributions, NAV statements) in collaboration with Fund Finance, Administration, and Managers.
- Manage all investor queries, ensuring timely, high-quality responses by coordinating with investment teams and finance.
- Fundraising Support: Assist with client onboarding for new closed-end funds and ongoing support for open-end funds as needed.
- Content Generation: Contribute to investor-related events and communications, including AGMs, LP advisory committees, meetings, newsletters, and research.
- Financial Analysis Capabilities: Develop skills for financial analysis in investor reporting, track records, and ROI assessments (surveys, benchmarking, etc.).
- 10+ years’ experience in private equity investor relations/client services (experience may include roles within other areas of the industry), with experience in Real Estate Private Equity
