Macdonald & Company are delighted to be partnering with a growing and ambitious Property Consultancy who are based in the heart of Central London and are seeking a Bid Coordinator.The role will support the development and implementation of effective BD strategies for their Clients in the Public Sector. You will work with the Senior Bids & Pitches Manager to effectively support Partners in winning and growing work across our Public Sector clients.
This is a dynamic role with a diverse set of responsibilities, including the following:
- Support the Senior Bids & Pitches Manager in the management of Public Sector bids, tenders and framework opportunities across the Firm including:
- Management of the timescales and deliverables.
- Collation of responses and coordination of all inputs for tender submission.
- Compliance checks and coordination of contract review.
- Support the bid team by using existing collateral to draft responses where possible.
- Management of the Bid Store / Bid Library.
- Ensuring all tenders are submitted free from errors.
- Management of tender / framework portals including building a pipeline of future tenders they should be tracking.
- Track and report on the status all public sector bids across the firm.
- Attend bidders’ days for new public sector contracts and report back on all details / requirements.
- Collate feedback on wins and losses and share with Bid Team.
- Support handover with Bid Team to Delivery Team.
