Well-known, well-respected property consultancy have need for a Building Manager (or Assistant Building Manager) to join their Manchester team!

This role would suit someone with exposure to all thing’s commercial buildings management, who are looking for the next step in their careers. Full training and development will be provided where required, (including additional qualifications if needed).

Applicants for this post will be expected to have some previous exposure to commercial service charges, H&S matters, commercial leases, customer liaison/management experience as well as having exceptional communication skills. The role is based in a prestigious Manchester City Centre, Grade A Office complex and requires someone to be on site during the working week. The key to this position however will be skills/experience in the customer service/engagement field – this is paramount!

The role is paying circa £35 - £40,000 depending upon experience.
