Job Summary
Well known, well regarded Commercial Property Company are seeking an experienced, Building Manager to join the team on a 12 months FTC basis.The role requires an experienced professional, capable and comfortable managing a prestigious office building located around the Warrington area.
The role requires someone with a solid Building / Facilities Manager background; someone with H&S qualifications (i.e. IOSH) along with exceptional communications skills and customer service knowledge.
Day to day, the role involves a whole host of tasks including H&S, service charge management, tenant lettings & lease renewals, building maintenance matters, finance etc.
The role is a site based role, paying circa £34 - £36,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications.
