Job Summary
Our client is widely recognized for their investments into retail, commercial and industrial properties, with a large portfolio of properties across South Africa. They own and manage all their properties internally. Currently they are looking to appoint a Retail Facilities Manager to join their dynamic team and look after a centre based in Pretoria.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Setting of Opex and Capex budgets
- Planned and scheduled maintenance
- Manage a team of handymen, building managers, and technical staff.
- Health and safety compliance, files, and audits
- Management of security, garden services and refuge, utilities services
- A related technical qualification
- A minimum of 5 years facilities management experience
- Proven track record of retail facilities experience
- Sound knowledge in HVAC, Aircons, Generators, Electrical, and Plumbing
- Only candidates based in Pretoria will be considered
