Job Summary

Our client is widely recognized for their investments into retail, commercial and industrial properties, with a large portfolio of properties across South Africa. They own and manage all their properties internally.  Currently they are looking to appoint a Retail Facilities Manager to join their dynamic team and look after a centre based in Pretoria.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Setting of Opex and Capex budgets 
  • Planned and scheduled maintenance
  • Manage a team of handymen, building managers, and technical staff.
  • Health and safety compliance, files, and audits
  • Management of security, garden services and refuge, utilities services
To be considered for this position, you will need to have:
  • A related technical qualification
  • A minimum of 5 years facilities management experience
  • Proven track record of retail facilities experience
  • Sound knowledge in HVAC, Aircons, Generators, Electrical, and Plumbing 
  • Only candidates based in Pretoria will be considered
