Our client is an established real estate investment company and fund with operations throughout Gauteng. With a current portfolio consisting of mainly retail assets, this versatile business also manages their properties internally. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and hardworking Centre Manager to join their Pretoria- based team. Reporting to the Property and Portfolio Manager the successful person will be responsible for the oversight and management of all facilities in the centre, marketing of the centre, vacant space fulfilment and tenant liaison.
This sturdy and well-known, small centre is about 30 000 SQM in size, consisting of a variety of small and large tenants in the Pretoria region. To qualify for this position, you will need to have a relevant tertiary diploma/degree in real estate, project management, construction, or related fields and 2 - 5 years’ experience in Centre Management where you have previously looked after a retail centre. You will also need to have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transport to be considered for this opportunity.
A high level of attention to detail, problem solving abilities and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.
