Job Summary

Our client is a prestigious boutique hotel group with a growing presence across the Asia-Pacific region.

With a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, the company is renowned for its luxurious accommodations, efficient service, and unique, design-led properties.

As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking a dynamic and visionary CEO to lead the organisation into its next phase of growth.

As CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and overall performance of the company.

You will drive the growth and profitability, while maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with the organisation's mission and values.
  2. Lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  3. Drive revenue growth and profitability, implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to maximise occupancy and average daily rate.
  4. Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and attention to detail.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, property owners, and industry partners.
  6. Oversee the expansion of the hotel group's portfolio by identifying and evaluating potential acquisition and development opportunities.
  7. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all properties.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to capitalise on emerging opportunities and mitigate risks.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging professional development and growth among team members.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably with a focus on boutique hotels.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability, with a strong understanding of revenue management and financial acumen.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
