Exciting Opportunity: Join a Leading Surveying and Project Management TeamWe are delighted to partner with one of our established clients to recruit a key role within their Surveying and Project Management team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of exciting, upcoming projects within an existing and ever-evolving pipeline—without the need for tendering for new work.
In this multifaceted role, your primary responsibility will be to manage projects ranging from small, conceptual works to major refurbishments and large-scale developments. Additionally, you will provide expert building and construction advice to the internal Investment Management and Asset Management teams. Operating within a privately-owned, vertically integrated real estate investment, asset, and property management environment, you will be actively involved in all aspects of planning, refurbishment, development, and project delivery across the retail and business portfolio.
Your strong and demonstrable knowledge base will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects in an attractive, cost-effective, and value-enhancing manner, all in alignment with the overarching business plan.
