Job Summary
Our client is a prominent real estate service company with decades of industry experience. Renowned for their leadership in the industry, they offer high-quality services including transaction advisory, facility management, and brokering. Their operations span across international grounds.They are seeking a Cluster Technical Manager to oversee operations across five African regions. This role, based in Nairobi, Kenya, will involve managing both soft and hard services.
Key responsibilities will include preparing and implementing maintenance budgets, executing preventative maintenance, and ensuring annual building inspections are conducted. Additionally, you will oversee contractors, support client projects, manage mechanical and electrical repairs, evaluate technical solutions, assist with the repair and maintenance of electrical motors, resolve client queries, and ensure compliance with all QHSE regulations.
To qualify for this role, candidates must be Kenyan nationals with a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, with a demonstrated practical background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Proficiency in building maintenance and health and safety regulations is essential for success in this position.
