Job Summary
This family office has an established commercial portfolio and has steadily continued to grow with a broad range of assets. As result of business growth, our client is looking to hire a Commercial Asset and Investment Manager to be responsible for the direct management of a UK-based portfolio. This role will be office based and may involve one day a week in a different London based office.This role will see you take responsibility for managing in-house teams and third party consultants, with duties including managing investment transactions, reviewing of the viability of property opportunities. Maximising the value of the existing portfolio from an investment perspective, leading, and implementing asset management initiatives, identifying asset management opportunities caused by voids and involved in providing oversight negotiations of new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews and dilapidation settlements.
You will have proven track record as a commercial asset manager, with good commercial acumen, and the ability to provide sound advice to clients. Ideally MRICS, but not essential, you will have excellent written and communication skills with ability to swiftly build relationships with clients.
