Job Summary

Macdonald & Co. are working with a publicly traded REIT who are looking to appoint a new addition to their Commercial Property Accounting team. This position will predominantly be based in either of their Winter Park, FL or Daytona, FL offices. Their portfolio concentrates on single and multi-tenanted commercial and retail assets and the successful candidate will need to have had exposure to full-cycle commercial real estate accounting. You will be able to accurately report on property level financial statements, record and analyze standard and non-recurring tenant receivables and perform account analysis and reconciliation weekly as well as address billing related inquiries from tenants and property managers. They offer a fast paced environment and internal corporate structure which promotes career and compensation progression.
