Their highly regarded teams in Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg benefit from a wide network, deal sharing with industry stalwarts and a market positioning which enables significant commercial transactions.
Their Johannesburg branch is currently on the hunt for Industrial and Commercial brokers who can join the accelerating, agile business. Although the role is commission-based, they do offer an advance that is then deducted when you have an established pipeline and begin to bill as well as a petrol allowance depending on personal billings. Each broker is working on average of 15 deals at any given moment with an average close rate of 2 to 3 minimum. Another benefit this company has to offer is a commission split in your favour once you surpass your target.
To fit into this team, you would ideally have experience in both sales and leasing of commercial / industrial / retail properties.
