Job Summary
Well known, well regarded independent property consultancy, have need for an F/MRICS (or completing APC) qualified surveyor to join the ranks!Based from their West Yorkshire office, the successful candidate will be involved in a mix of tasks on a range of industrial, office and retail premises. Interested parties will have a background in commercial property management, including handling service charge matters, insurance, service relevant notices, dilapidations matters, liaising with a host of external consultants and contractors etc. Facilities Managers with similar experience are also encouraged to apply!
Salary circa £30 - £40,000 + Company Car + Benefits, dependent upon experience.
