Job Summary
Commercial property management business, based in Manchester, are seeking an additional pair of hands to join the team. This organisation has a truly enviable client base and are instructed to manage a commercial portfolio of solely grade A properties. The portfolio is predominantly Manchester City Centre based.The role requires a professional who is MRICS qualified. The successful candidate will be involved in a mix of service charge budgeting & accounting, rent (and other collections) and debt recovery, lease and other transactions, lease admin, inspections, insurance matters, etc.
Salary and remuneration will reflect experience and qualifications (circa £35/£450,000).
