This role will give you an opportunity to be a leader in expert advice relating to Rural Property.This is a busy time following the win of a lucrative contract, and so we are now searching for a new hire, intialliy to support colleagues in the delivery of the new work stream, and then to also continue the development of new lines of business.

With well respected and long standing relationships across the North West, they are counted upon in their delivery of advice within Valuation, CPO, Utilities & Infrastructure, and Estate Management & Sales.
We are looking for a Chartered Surveyor, preferably with a track record within CPO/Valuation/Utilities, however, all applicants will be reviewed with an open mind.
Office is based in the North West, with the ability to work mainly from home whilst still being in amongst the team enough to engrain yourself within the family.
Salary / package will be in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits.
