The company is an active investor and operator with a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate assets across key U.S. markets. With a disciplined investment strategy and long-standing capital partnerships, the firm has built a reputation for thoughtful acquisitions, strong asset management, and consistent portfolio growth.
As the platform continues to expand its portfolio and investment activity, the firm is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee its accounting and financial reporting functions while helping to strengthen financial infrastructure to support the next phase of growth.
The Position
The Controller will lead the firm’s accounting operations and financial reporting processes across its real estate portfolio and investment vehicles.
Working closely with senior leadership and investment teams, the Controller will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while implementing processes and controls that support the company’s growing platform. The role will also oversee day-to-day accounting operations and manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other service providers.
This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in a collaborative investment platform where finance is closely integrated with acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio strategy.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end and year-end close processes.
- Manage preparation of property-level, fund-level, and corporate financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of investor reporting and financial disclosures.
- Implement and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
- Coordinate annual audits and work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and third-party service providers.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the company’s investment portfolio.
- Oversee accounting for acquisitions, dispositions, and financing activities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while supporting the continued growth of the platform.
