Are you organised, creative and have a passion about making a difference to society?We are looking for a Marketing Manager for a company that plays an important role in the urban economies of South Africa and in the lives of thousands of individuals. This company supports inner city property entrepreneurs, financing viable projects through a suite of financial products for successful property investment such as mortgage loans, bridging finance and construction loans.
In this role, you’ll take charge of the full marketing function, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning. You’ll be responsible for developing the annual marketing plan and budget, implementing it, and reporting on monthly expenditures. You'll also manage corporate identity across all channels, including documents, digital platforms, office signage, and interiors.
Additionally, you’ll dive into market research, gather customer feedback, and make strategic recommendations based on your findings. You'll identify, develop, and procure marketing materials, create new signage for buildings, and handle events and digital marketing initiatives. A key part of your role will be to project manage the timely delivery of the Integrated Annual Report and ensure quarterly funder packs are prepared and distributed efficiently.
To apply, you’ll need at least a Matric and a Degree in Public Relations or Marketing, along with 3 to 5 years' experience in a corporate marketing environment. Proficiency in editing, proofreading, and materials design is essential. And don’t forget, having your own car and a valid driver’s license is a must! This role is based in Braamfontein.
