Job Summary
This is a rare opportunity for someone with full life-cycle experience in property development to work in some huge and exciting new-build projects.Joining a busy property and development team, you'll be instrumental in delivering multi-million pound new-build warehouse and logistics centres, developing hundreds of thousands of sq ft of land and real estate over the next decade, and stretching yourself by being involved from inception to completion the whole way.
You need to have experience in delivering large new-build projects, ideally in the industrial & logistics sector but it's not entirely necessary. You'll be assisting with Development appraisals, obtaining planning permissions and assembling consultant teams. You'll also be responsible for tendering to contractors, managing budgets and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of the projects.
