Job Summary
Investment, Development and Operator business seeking an entrepreneurial Development Director to join the business.This one would suite someone who is keen to be at the coal face of development, in a firm that invests directly and on behalf of institutional investors. The projects tend to be upwards of £150M per scheme and based in inner city locations. All of the projects are best in class, and the assets tend to perform above market expectations.
I'd like to hear from Development Directors who are craving an autonomous environment, where they can lead large scale projects and work hand in glove with the investors. The client wants bright, entrepreneurial people who come with ideas. Candidates need to have led large-scale, top quality commercial projects.
Salary up to £175K + up to 100% bonus.
