Job Summary
Position Summary:As a Mid level Development Manager, you will be a key contributor to our development team, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our real estate development projects of redevelopment and refurbishment. Your extensive experience in real estate development will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, architecture, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- More than 7 years of progressive experience in real estate development, with a successful track record of managing complex projects.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
- Excellent financial analysis and budgeting skills.
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
